Shortly thereafter, Ms. Olivieri was accepted into the Small Business Administration’s surety-bond guaranteed program and won a scholarship to study construction at Temple University with a focus on job estimating, blue print reading and budgets. Notable projects include the Robert Nix Federal Building, SEPTA’s Overbrook Station, paving at Citizen’s Bank Park, Children’s Hospitals, and stamping concrete on Broad Street in downtown Philadelphia.
